YOGA & CANDLES

+ VINYASA FLOW WITH ANDREA 

It's time to love your body.  Most of the day we are engrossed in the activities of the mind, and are not always aware of what our physical body is experiencing. Explore and stay curious. We will practice a vinyasa flow yoga sequence moving through various strengthening and balancing yoga postures.

 + CANDLE WORKSHOP WITH TATIANA 

We will provide all the supplies necessary to make your own sculptured candles and allow you to choose from a variety of fragrances/pigments. Tatiana will guide you through the candle-making process, giving you a unique and memorable experience using only organic products - canola/coconut wax + essential oils.

 + PLANT-BASED SNACKS 

We will provide an assortment of plant-based salty and sweet snacks for every taste, to enjoy a wonderful day with your favorite people plus of course something to drink.

 GOOD TO KNOW 

• Prior knowledge of yoga as well as working with candles is not required.
• Language spoken: English & German
• Please bring your own yoga mat.

We will provide you with all the necessary materials to make your own fragrant and colorful candle, and you can choose from a variety of scents.  During our workshop you will make one candle. Choose the motive you like best below - we have different colors. Available colors: White, Beige, Peach, Pink, Purple and Green
